Reservations
To confirm the booking we ask for an advance payment of 50% of the reservation, due in 2 days, through bank transfer or, if you live outside the EU, via Paypal (free of Bank commissions). Please send us a receipt of the payment.
The balance should be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Please note that city tax is due to Roma Capitale Authority, and has to be paid cash upon arrival: 3,50€ night / per person (for a maximum of 10 nights), except children up to age 10.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your reservation:
up to 30 days before your arrival you will get a complete refund;
up to 15 days before arrival we will refund you 50% of the amount paid;
No refund after 14 days before the arrival.
If you can’t travel due to Covid-19 restrictions, we’ll always refund you in full.
